Medium grade magnesia uses caustic calcined magnesite
(the content of MgO is 97% min.) as raw material and is finished through
the process of briquetting, being calcined in the high temperature
vertical kiln etc. It has the features such as good degree of sintering,
dense crystal.

It is used to produce
medium grade magnesia bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, medium
grade magnesia-chrome bricks, gunning mix for convertor and EAF,
repairing materials for BOF, tundish spraying material and insulating
plate etc.
